Will the homeowner or listing agent need to be present during the photo shoot? We prefer that nobody is onsite during the allotted time frame of your photo session. We do lock up all doors and notify the homeowner/listing agent once we are done and are leaving the property.

Why should I hire a professional photographer? Our goal is to make sure you home is shown to potential buyers in its best light! Too often Real Estate photos are taken with cell phones and there is lack of effort in taking and editing photos (Take a look at some homes on Zillow to see numerous examples of this). We have invested thousands of dollars on high end equipment, accessories, and software to ensure photos are captured and edited in the highest quality to deliver the best results.
